Scholarship Program

The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is awarding three scholarships to outstanding Middle Tennessee young people pursuing a career in business, criminal justice, or law. Scholarships, to be awarded on June 12, 2008, are in the amount of $2000 each.

The eligibility requirements include:

  • Enrollment in a Middle Tennessee area college or university
  • Business, criminal justice, information technology or legal-related major
  • Minimum 3.0 grade point average (4.0 scale)

To apply:

  1. Complete the scholarship application. (The application is in Adobe Acrobat format; download and install a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
  2. Attach current high school or college transcripts.
  3. Attach two letters of recommendations from non-relatives.
  4. Attach an original 250-word essay on why you deserve the scholarship and how fraud awareness will affect your career development.
  5. The application and all attachments should be submitted together and RECEIVED by May 22, 2008.
