The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of
Certified Fraud Examiners is awarding three scholarships to
outstanding Middle Tennessee young people pursuing a career in business,
criminal justice, or law. Scholarships, to be awarded on June 12, 2008, are
in the amount of $2000 each.
The eligibility requirements include:
- Enrollment in a Middle Tennessee area college or university
- Business, criminal justice, information technology or legal-related major
- Minimum 3.0 grade point average (4.0 scale)
To apply:
- Complete the scholarship
application. (The application is in Adobe Acrobat format; download
and install a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
- Attach current high school or college transcripts.
- Attach two letters of recommendations from non-relatives.
- Attach an original 250-word essay on why you deserve the
scholarship and how fraud awareness will affect your career
development.
- The application and all attachments should be submitted together
and RECEIVED by May 22, 2008.
